Work and Labor Disputes

The Group provides legal advice to its clients (Individuals, companies and institutions) in all work and labor fields and disputes, providing advice and consultation to them in accordance with the local labor law and regulations, setting internal labor regulations and policies in conformity with the local laws, drafting work contracts of all levels of employees, legal consultations in relation to work and labor disputes, and initiating of all lawsuits, complaints and claims related to work and labor issues, the legal liability of the employer and arbitration in his cases, as well as workers compensation cases, all of which the client was an employer or a worker in violation of the right and pursuant to the regulated laws.

In addition to all the works of the National Authority of the Social Insurance and its various offices to open files of the facilities and insurance on the workers and employers.

 In view of the importance of these disputes, the Group has assigned it to one of its specialized legal centers, called the International Legal Center for Disputes and Labor Rights.
