and maintain the good reputation of the Group in the industry of debt collection and by full commitment to work in accordance with the highest standards of accuracy and trust, in addition to ensuring constant maintenance of the reputation of clients by strictly complying with the confidentiality of the accounts and information and any data related to the client.

the Group takes back the guarantees in the cases and all the procedures for the recovery of the seizures of its clients, whether vehicles, gold coins, Egyptian or foreign cash, goods, or otherwise.

The Group may also provide legal proceedings for the debt collection and rights restoration to its clients through its branches and law offices covering all the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in addition to the offices to ensure fast and excellent service for the permanent procedures for the fast obtaining of the criminal, civil or commercial judgments as per the type of debt and its documents,

which leads to guaranteeing the speedy enforcement of these provisions against the debtors, who refrain or delay the accrual of the payment to our clients through official channels and investigation to pursue them wherever they may be or to find their property and to file claims for the execution of the foreign judgments in accordance with the international agreements concluded between the Arab Republic of Egypt and many countries of the world in order to ensure that our clients receive their full rights.
