International and Local Arbitration

A team of specialized experts in the Group, as mediators and arbitrators shall prepare the necessary mechanisms to advise concerning selecting the arbitrators, giving an opinion, and drafting contracts that include the agreement on arbitration and its participants, and to attend before arbitral tribunals in Egypt or abroad, and handle the cases before the courts for the enforcement of the judgments issued by arbitral tribunals or to consider its nullification.

 As well as negotiating and advising on the issuing of a judgment on a particular dispute or the grounds of a judgment on a particular dispute. The Group does its best efforts to represent its clients in the best possible manner by developing the strategy of the proceedings, assessing the facts, and determining the legal position, on establishing the International Union for Mediation and Arbitration.
