Market Protection Program
The Services provided to the Program Participants, including but not limited to
First: With regard to the Branches to be established
(1) Helping in choosing the new locations, provided that the group receives a commission in return.
(2) Verifying the new site ownership by verifying its ownership chain, legal actions taken against it, the possibility of licensing it or not, setting, preparing and reviewing its rental or purchase contracts and documenting or registering it.
(3) Adding the new branches to the commercial register and tax card, and open an insurance file for it and insurance for their employees.
(4) Extracting all the licenses for the activity from demolishing, construction, and activity practice licenses for the industrial activity and industrial register and implementing the necessary procedures from the civil defense approval and technical assistance in the Security Directorate concerned with the cameras and traffic approvals and Public Facilities Investigations Department and Road and Cleanliness Departments and approval of the Health and Environment Authority and Environmental Registry and sanitation and industrial and safety and occupational health and approvals necessary to connect all utilities, including digging permits, necessary for the connection of the electricity, water, gas, sewage, telephones, internet, means of connection / communication, and advertising billboards or the main banner of the activity.
(5) Providing a training course for the employees on how to deal with governmental agencies and various regulatory bodies, responding to them and the documents should be available, preparing a list of government visits to which they are imposed to, studying it, and attempting to avoid it later through the Group's government relations department and presenting suggestions to officials of the facility in this regard.
(6) Providing a training course for the employees on how to deal with cases of shoplifting of the goods on display, whether from the customers or workers, preparing a list of the shoplifting cases and submitting suggestions to the facility's officials in this regard.
(7) Attendance, as soon as we are notified of attending of the food ration, health, or regulatory bodies or others which inspect, file police reports, review the procedures with it, and try to persuade it not to file reports in coordination with the Governmental Relations Department in the Group and direct the responsible manager (or whoever takes his place or who is assigned to respond to the report) legally while responding to the report, accompanying him to the police department and when being summoned before the Public Prosecution office until he is released.
(8) Follow-up and take copy of the report and inform the officials of the facility about it and the procedures followed in relation to it and the required preparation for the necessary documents in order to follow up the police reports properly in a legal proper manner and preparing the legal memorandums in its concern until it is hopefully completed.
(9) Follow up with the department which the establishment is affiliated to or its related branches to follow up on any cases that on which judgments were issued that have not been communicated to the officials of the establishment by the responsible manager or whoever takes his place and specify it and send a statement to the officials of the establishment.
(10) Helping clients to build amicable relations with all the governmental departments and institutions and judicial bodies, which in turn provide the necessary legal support for the Company in managing its processes, and coordinating with all the legal units in governmental departments, bodies and institutions in the State in all matters related to legal subjects and issues related to the Company's tasks and business.
(11) Prepare a monthly statement of the problems and cases and the actions taken in its concern of the related branch and the financial amounts incurred by the establishment and compare it with other previous branches before contracting with the Group to find out the extent of the establishment's achievements as a result of the program's application from the reduction of the financial burdens, lawsuits and other problems with the current branches.
Second: For Current or Existing Branches
In addition to the services provided to the branches to be established, the Group provides the following services:
- Follow up and review all the branch's licenses, study it, set solutions for the suspended or ailing ones, follow up on its renewal dates, take the necessary procedures for that, and ensure that open branches are still open without a license until its status is legalized.
- The Group receives from the establishment a list of the current cases that were issued prior to entering into a contract with the Group to study it in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures in relation to it, from appeals against the judgments issued in the absence and presence of the Defendant and setting and preparing the summary statements and memorandums on its concern to implement it.
- Helping clients to build amicable relations with all the governmental departments and institutions and judicial bodies, which in turn provide the necessary legal support for the Company in managing its processes, and coordinating with all the legal units in governmental departments, bodies and institutions in the State in all matters related to the legal subjects and issues related to the Company's tasks and business.
