Legal Departments Program

- Monitor the laws, governmental legislations and regulations, which affect the Company's business, submit it to the senior management for discussion, provide the necessary legal recommendations, verify that all legal legislations are already applied in the Company, initiate to stating the gaps in the decisions and instructions in force in the Company by its practical application, suggest the necessary amendments to it and inquire about all provisions and legislations in the case of ambiguity or not realizing its intention, find solutions for the cases or problems that are not covered by the law or there are no clear legislations concerning it, respond to all inquiries, problems and requests received from the Company's departments and sections with respect to the legislation and legal texts, and monitor the laws and governmental legislations and regulations, which affect the Company's business.
- Work to build amicable relations with all the governmental departments, institutions and judicial bodies, which in turn provide the necessary legal support to the Company in managing its operations and coordinate with all the legal units in the governmental departments, bodies and institutions in the State in all the matters related to the legal issues and matters related to the Company's tasks and work.
